  • The delay is caused by customs clearance, incorrect address details, or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or government regulations).
  • The recipient refuses to accept the package.
  • The package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or other recipient responsibilities.
 
2. Returns Policy
  • Once a package has been shipped, we cannot facilitate returns unless specifically agreed upon with the sender and receiver.
  • If a return is possible, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, hazardous materials, or restricted items, cannot be returned.
 
3. Insurance & Coverage
  • We offer optional shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
  • The insurance fee varies depending on the shipment’s value and destination.
  • If insurance is purchased and the package is lost or damaged, we will process a compensation claim based on the declared value.
  • If no insurance is purchased, compensation (if any) will be limited to the carrier’s standard liability coverage.
 
4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
  • A service fee may be deducted based on the nature of the refund request.
